Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer.
You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
Requests must be raised by emailing us at etoymart.tech@gmail.com along with supporting images of the product condition.
Product return will be collected within 15 days from the request receipt date.
Returns will not be provided for select products (clearance, personalized, or designated non-returnable items).
Approved refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method used during the transaction.
If any refund is approved, we will credit the refund within 15 working days.
Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
EtoyMart reserves the absolute right to verify claims and inspect returned products before final approval of any return or refund request.
